With Samo Kutin (hurdy-gurdy), Gaudenz Badrutt (electronics), Tomaž Grom (double bass, electronics) and Jonas Kocher (accordion), this brand new born and unique electroacoustic quartet explores a fascinating space between imagined folklore, cinematic soundscapes, and sonic experimentation. Born from a collaboration between the Bruit association and Zavod Sploh, the project marks another innovative chapter in their ongoing partnership, dedicated to pushing the boundaries of contemporary musical creation.
The four musicians are members of the Šalter Ensemble, an international electroacoustic ensemble. Their debut album, Šablona, is set for release in August 2025 on Bruit Editions / Sploh.
