The nine partner venues of Better Live have established connections with local venues and organizations in their respective regions to form Local Action Groups (LAGs).
LAGs are dynamic, evolving networks: diverse, informal, regional and highly flexible. Each partner is committed to promoting a network of venues in its geographical area, enabling musicians to stay longer and perform multiple concerts.
By creating a territorial network, this approach fosters local and consistent touring by international artists, in contrast to conventional practices in the music sector.
Connected to each other, these “local programming groups” pave the way for geographically coherent tours. These groups will continue to grow and adapt throughout the project and well beyond its conclusion. On this map, you will find an overview of each LAG’s members and the unique context of their territories across Europe.
