Joana Duda โ Pianist, composer, improviser. The music she creates is an experimental music with elements of jazz, and contemporary classical. The artist’s main projects are solo (Keen Alpaka Rec) and Joanna Duda Trio (Fumitsuke – Echo Productions 2021). Both are characterized by combining electronic and acoustic sounds in an osmotic and organic way. What is unique in the artist’s music is looking for the sound aesthetics where it seems to be lacking.
Joanna Duda founded the Trio in 2017, with the idea that the sound would become the ensembleโs hallmark and its defining quality. She treats the jazz trio format as one of many conventions she explores alongside ๐ ๐ฎ๐ธ๐๐๐บ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐ฎ๐ป ๐ ๐๐ฐ๐ต๐ฎ (double bass) and ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ ๐ง๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐ท๐ป (drums).
